Huawei Honor X1 quad core 7 Inch Screen Phone Tablet Review

Huawei MediaPad Honor X1 tablet PC adopts the advanced Android 4.2 OS, and is powered by Hisilicon Kirin 910 quad core 1.6 GHz CPU and 2GB RAM 16GB R0M, support TF card up to 32GB which allows enough space for you to download freely. The 7-inch display has a Full HD (1,920x1,200-pixel) resolution, which gives a pixel density of 314 pixels per inch. That's a step below the 326 of the iPad mini's Retina display, but it's really not a difference you'll ever notice.

The beautifully crafted unibody frame of the MediaPad X1 has been engineered using cutting-edge technology. Built with ultra-light and ultra-resistant aluminum alloy, the MediaPad X1 is strong, resistant, and astonishingly beautiful. The best part is that its size and weight weren’t even compromised, the MediaPad X1 is so light you’ll want to take it with you everywhere you go.

The new MediaPad X1 exceeds the limits, redefining the possibilities of design, functionality, and experience. Its ultra-slim 7.18 mm body makes it the most slender tablet in its class, while its fast LTE connectivity, advanced quad-core chip and FHD screen provide the ultimate multimedia experience, whether you’re playing, sharing, watching, or surfing.

The Huawei MediaPad X1 is an interesting device. It’s considered a “phablet” by many because it’s the size of a tablet but made to be a phone. It features a 7-inch display with a 1920×1200 resolution paired with a 5,000 mAh battery to run the giant. And yes, it’s an actual phone.

The device will be priced at $550 for the LTE model, which isn’t so bad for a smartphone. But in China, the device is called the Honor X1 and will only cost $330 for the LTE version. China gets a huge discount on the device, while the rest of the world is purchasing it for a lot more. Why is that?

Huawei CMO Shao Yang says it all has to do with perception. In most countries, people perceive the MediaPad X1 as a tablet that can be used as a phone. Thus, the $550 price is justified compared to other LTE-enabled tablets. But in China, people view it as a phablet. Thus, Huawei decided to put it under the Honor brand and sell it for a much lower price.

I'm personally not keen on this change as it can be difficult to find where you've dropped an app -- going into the usual menu to see it in alphabetical order is much quicker in my experience. Emotion UI does allow for a lot of customisation though, including changing the homescreen panel transitions or applying various themes that change the colour schemes and app icons. If you like putting your own stamp on your hardware, Emotion UI might be right up your street.

Huawei Honor 6 With 4G LTE Android 4.4 Octa Core KitKat Launched

Huawei has unveiled its Honor 6 smartphone, making it the company's second handset with 4G LTE connectivity launched this month, after the Honor 3C. The company has announced that the new Huawei Honor 6 smartphone will be released on July 1 in China. For now, no details about global availability have been released.

Huawei unveiled the Honor 6 (aka Glory 6) and aimed it squarely at the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the Apple iPhone 5s. The phone matches the stunning thinness of the Ascend P6 and measures 139.8 x 68.8 x 6.5mm, weighing 135g. The connectivity options available on the Huawei Honor 6 are GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 4G LTE. It is worth noting that the handset is made of aluminium alloy structure that Huawei says keeps the temperature cooler (than conventional smartphones) by 4-6 degrees Celsius.

The Huawei Honor 6 is built around a 5" 1080p screen from JDI, which covers 75.7% of the front and is surrounded by sub-3mm bezels.

The phone is powered by the company's home-brewed Kirin 920 chipset, which is comparable with Samsung's Exynos octa-core chipsets with four Cortex-A15 cores and four Cortex-A7 cores, plus Mali-T624. Unlike the Exynos, the Kirin 920 supports LTE Cat. 6 for up to 300Mbps downlink speeds (as fast as dual-channel Wi-Fi 802.11n).

The new chipset runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Emotion UI 2.3 and scores more points on AnTuTu than the Snapdragon 805. The phone will come with 3GB RAM and 16GB or 32GB storage, expandable via a microSD card.

The Huawei bragged about its power-saving features than the flagship competition, lasting more hours per mAh battery capacity than the Galaxy S5 and double what the iPhone 5s gets. The company also made a point that the new chipset runs much cooler than the predecessor, helped by an aluminum alloy structure (Huawei K3V2-based phones were known for getting quite hot).

The Huawei Honor 6 packs a 13MP camera with a Sony IMX214 sensor and f/2.0 aperture. The front-facing camera is a 5MP shooter with 1.4µm pixels, 88° FoV and f/2.4 aperture. The back camera has a dual-LED flash.

As mentioned above, the Honor 6 comes with 16GB and 32GB inbuilt storage variants, with the option of expansion via microSD card (up to 64GB). The Honor 6 sports an 13-megapixel rear autofocus camera, while there is a secondary 5-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard. The smartphone packs a 3000mAh battery.

The iPhone 6 most important component has apparently been leaked

Apple is expected to unveil two iPhone 6 versions later this year, including a 4.7-inch model and a 5.5-inch model to finally compete against Android device makers that have been selling oversized smartphones and phablets for years. Insider Sonny Dickson, who has posted online many images detailing unreleased iOS products ahead of their launch, has shared new images with 9to5Mac showing the most important component of the bigger iPhone 6 model, the 5.5-inch display.

The pictures show only the purported iPhone 6 phablet display next to a ruler used to measure it – the ruler indicates the phone measures 14cm diagonally, or 5.51 inches. The leaked standalone display doesn’t appear to have any specific markings.

Previous image leaks have mostly focused on the 4.7-inch iPhone 6, with many dummy units revealing design details for the new iPhone, which were later found to be consistent with similar leaks showing dummy 5.5-inch iPhone 6 models.

The new iPhones are expected to be slimmer than existing iPhones, and pack a more iPod-touch-like design. Various design changes including redesigned volume buttons, rounded edges and corners, new antennas, new camera flash and the relocation of the power button, have been already shown in previous dummy unit leaks.

However, no leak to date has shown a working iPhone 6 unit. Apple is expected to release the new iPhone 6 at some point this fall.

Apple is expected to release the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 around September of 2014, while there has been some disagreement about the launch date of the 5.5-inch iPhone. Due to production issues that may or may not be resolved, the larger 5.5-inch iPhone could launch alongside the 4.7-inch version, or at a somewhat later date.

Both the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhones will have an increased resolution due to their larger screens, possibly at 1704 x 906, a pixel-tripled resolution that would give the 4.7-inch model a pixel density of 416 and the 5.5-inch version a pixel density of 365.

Along with a larger screen, the iPhone 6 may feature a durable sapphire display in at least some models, and rumors have also indicated the iPhone 6 may adopt slimmer bezels and a thinner chassis.

Recent mockups, alleged schematics, and part leaks have suggested the iPhone 6 will be considerably thinner than the current iPhone 5s, possibly between 6mm and 7mm, and closer in thickness to the iPod touch. The existing iPhone 5s has a thickness of 7.6mm, while the iPod touch measures in at 6.1mm.

PIPO M9 pro Quad-Core Tablet Review

This is a review of the Pipo M9 pro 10.1″ quad-core Android tablet, the update to the original Pipo M9. The Pipo M9 was released not that long ago so this is a small incremental update but the updates are significant. The biggest change is of course the display. The size remains at 10.1″ but the resolution sees a jump from 1280 x 800 pixels to 1920 x 1200 pixels. This bump in resolution puts the new display in the Retina display class.

PIPO M9 pro is collocated with Android 4.2.2 OS, RK3188 ARM Cortex-A9 with 1.6GHz main frequency. Moreover, it adopts the 28nm processing technology. The GPU is of m-400. The system storage is of 2GB DDR3 and the built-in storage is of 32GB. Moreover, the storage expansion is supported.

As to the screen, it adopts the 10.1-inch large screen with the 1920×1200 resolution. Another spotlight of it is its support for Bluetooth 4.0.
The outstanding and innovative design. Though M9pro is the comprehensive renovated edition of the classical M9, the appearance remains unchanged. M9pro is collocated with the maximum 10.1-inch screen, whose 16:10 proportion makes M9pro present the best display effect in browsing webpage and enjoying videos. What’s worth mentioning is that PIPO M9pro adopts the ultra-narrow edging. Though it is not as delicate as that of iPad mini, such an exquisite design applied in the 10.1-inch tablet is quite rarely seen.

What’s worth mentioning is that the front IPS screen adopts G+G high-solidity panel, which can keep from being scratched. PIPO M9pro supports 10-point touch, which is quite powerful. As to the whole size, it’s of 248×173.6x10mm, which is the most exquisite 10.1-inch tablet.

The second update is the inclusion of a GPS receiver. This means you can now use the Pipo M9 pro for GPS navigation. The last change is an increase of the storage ROM from 16 GB to 32 GB. This is a nice increase but not really such a big deal as you can always add storage via the built-in microSD slot.

Actually there is one other minor change that is seldom mentioned. The Bluetooth has been upgraded from Bluetooth v2.1 to Bluetooth v4.0. Bluetooth v4.0 or BLE is the low energy version of Bluetooth. One of the biggest problems with Bluetooth is the drain on battery life. With BLE, it is now possible to have a Bluetooth connection over long periods of time with minimal impact on the battery.

The Pipo M9pro comes packed in 2 separate boxes. The first box contains the tablet itself while the other contains the accessories like the charger and USB cables. The box containing the tablet has minimal padding. For a premium priced product (for a China tablet), the packaging is quite disappointing and doesn’t leave such a good impression.

The unit itself is very well designed and it is one of the best looking Chinese branded Android tablet that I have come across. There is no noticeable difference in the design compared to the Pipo M9 except for the printing at the bottom of the back panel.

The Pipo M9pro is available in both black and white and both versions have that nice looking brushed metal back panel which looks really nice. It is good to know that the Chinese tablet makers are paying more attention now to smaller details like product design. The rear camera housing still protrudes out like a sore thumb and looks like an after thought that doesn’t go well with the design.

The Review of Jiayu G5 Smartphone

Jiayu is one phone company which just does not seem to get of International news. No matter if their products are struggling to make into the markets, No matter is they are working on two new prototypes when their older models are in short supply.

Jiayu G5 is the new family of Jiayu smartphone. In order to get a clear knowledge of this model smartphone, Aurabuy offers the following detailed reviews of Jiayu G5 for you:

Jiayu G5 Design

The Jiayu G5 measures 5.12 inches tall and 2.56 inches wide. Given that it’s 0.39 inch thick and weighs 10.5 ounces, the device is hefty. I immediately felt its weightiness the moment I picked it up, it feels bulky when I put it in my front pockets.

The following ports and interface includes power button located on the side, at the back is the 13 megapixel camera with LED Flash. On the sides is the volume rocker and power button on the opposite side. On top, you can find the 3.5 mm headphone jack and a micro USB 2.0 port. Speakers are also located at the bottom.

Equipped with a 4.5-inch display, the handset has a 1280×720-pixel resolution. This isn’t the sharpest resolution, and indeed, you can see a subtle “crunchiness” when it comes to default wallpaper photos and high quality YouTube videos. The graininess isn’t overly distracting, however, and the screen is still sensitive and responsive to the touch. I had no problem typing (either by pressing on the individual keys or by Swyping), and tapping on apps with my fingertips was a breeze.

Jiayu G5 Hardware/Performance

The Jiayu G5 has the same hardware you’ll see with the Jiayu G4T smartphone. It is powered by a snappy mid range MT6589T Quad Core processor with a maximum clock speed of 1.5 GHz, although it list to support 2 GB DDR3 RAM and 32 GB ROM, the stock version is only equipped with a 1 GB DDR3 RAM and a 4 GB ROM, considering that on the same price you’ll be getting a much better spec Jiayu G4T. Unfortunately, the G5 only comes with a 720p HD Display instead of a 1080p which has become a trend nowadays. Although it does come with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 Protection. More so, the G5 runs Android 4.2.1 Jellybean out of the box.

Performance is similar to Jiayu G4T which questions the uniqueness of the new model, a 1080p display would have set it apart from the G4 series but both phones are uncannily similar. Synthetic benchmark gauge between 16000 to 17000 points on antutu, which is impressive, however the lack of 1080p support is clearly a head turner. Considering such phones like iOcean X7, Zopo C2, Faea F2, Voto X2 support 1080p display and also equipped with the same hardware underneath. Price wise, its much expensive than most 1080p capable smartphones in the market. We think the only difference lies on the phone’s appearance. The Jiayu G5 looks stunning, it looks similar to iPhone and even has a back rear design that mimics its appearance.

Jiayu G5 Overall

It looks beautiful, has similar design to iPhone 5, but this is as far as it goes in terms of comparison. Compared to the Jiayu G4T, the G5 is nothing new, has the same specifications from head to foot except for a revised design. We would have loved a 1080p display as well as 4G support to set it apart from its predecessor, but it seems Jiayu still hasn’t adapted to the FHD trend.

Jiayu G5 design and functionality Review

Jiayu G5, a new breed in the Jiayu Family? or just an upgrade from the popular Jiayu G4T line. See how this phone compares with its predecessor, what’s new and what you can expect of this new phone from Jiayu.

The Jiayu G5 has the same hardware you’ll see with the Jiayu G4T smartphone. Stock comes only with a 2000mAh battery, although you can get a 3000mAh battery separately. Which basically means that choosing the bigger battery cost more, although most of us likely would choose a much hefty one, the Jiayu G4T does come with a stock 3000mAh battery. Jiayu does continue its reign to equipped phones with a massive battery since its dual core versions of the Jiayu G3. A 2000mAh battery is enough to last a day with mixed usage, but a 3000mAh battery can last up to 2 to 3 days on a single charge with moderate to heavy use. It is also worthy to note that the MT6589T is well known for its optimal power consumption capabilities.

A gorgeous and sleek ergonomics design, looks very similar to iPhone 5, rear design clearly gives it away. Although some features are similar to Jiayu G4, the design is uncanny of iPhone 5, “maybe G5 stands for iphone 5 knock-off who knows”. Dimensions reveal 130.1 x 63.5 x 7.85 mm (with 2000mAh battery) (148g) and 9.85 mm for 3000mAh battery with a narrow 2.5 mm bezel offering for more screen room.

Jiayu G6 5.7 inch FHD Screen 8-Core flagship Smartphone Review

Jiayu G6 should be the highest end and expensive smartphone by jiayu. This phone has announced in April.and on sale in recently.

No matter how good by jiayu G6. When looks G6 first it  looks a bit similar to Huawei Ascend P6, but  in fact it isnot a complete knock off. It features a premium quality housing, which is a mix of solid metal frame and Corning Gorilla 2 glass back cover.

Jiayu G6 Unboxing

1 x Jiayu G6 Phone

Jiayu G6 Design

Now let we see Jiayu G6 Smartphone desgin and quality again. Jiayu G6 give us a lot of surprise. This time, the sameple which we got is in black colour. The front and rear are all in back colour. From left to right we find the sensors for gesture control, proximity and light, a phone call speaker, a front camera on the top front of the phone.Below the screen are the touch keys, which are not back illuminated.

There is only a headphone jack on the left .On the right we will see a lot of buttons, micro USB port with OTG support,a volume rocker and a on / off switch and two Micro Sim slot.

Looking at the top and foot there is nothing on there.

Jiayu G6 Screen, this device’s screen is very nice.after testing it we tend to believe that claim, as the screen is simply amazing for the phones price. The quality can keep up easily with the screen used in the Xiaomi Mi3. Reaction time, color reproduction, contrast and brightness are just insane here. Jiayu G6 has  a 5.7 inch FHD 1080P OGS Screen,we can’t see any  see any pixels though our eyes. The touch screen also is reacting flawlessly and precisely. Even when using three fingers at a time there are no issues. The viewing angles are excellent as well.

On the back of the phone,we find a rear camera, a LED flash, jiayu LOGO and a wireless charging plug..Beside these,we found two media speaker one is on the two of the phone and the other is at the foot of the phone. It is said the Media speaker was made by ACC.Above all we must mention is the back cover.it is said that jiayu G6 is using a Corning Gorilla 2 glass back cover.

Jiayu G6 smartphone powered by  Mediatek MT6592 1.7Ghz octa core processor, along with a nice 5.7-inch FHD OGS screen,  2GB RAM and 32GB internal memory. Pictures can be made with a 13 mega pixel  rear camera and a 5.0 mega pixel front facing camera which also supports auto focus. The phone also support  NFC, dual SIM and OTG support as well as a 3,500mAh nonreplaceable battery.we use Antutu to test the phone the benchmark is about 20457.

Jiayu G6 has a 13.0M pixel Rear Camera.with such a high pixel the photos should be nice too. Here are some photos from G6,The quality is good enough for emergency shots.the color reproduction appears to be pretty good. The LED flash is also bright when take photos is the dark place.

Battery&Other Features

Jiayu G6 has a 3500Mah noremoveable  battery. This is enough to get over the day, if you do some energy saving you will also be able to reach one and a half days with it,Talking Time (2G): 10 hour,Standby: 125 hours,Music (screen on): 5 hours,Video: 7 hours,Internet (Wi-Fi): 12 hours.

In order to Saving paper, jiayu G6 is as same as Jiayu S2,they won’t offer paper manuel .it only has a electoric Manul in the phone ,.if you won’t know how to use it ,.you can open that apps and see it.Beside Wireless charing,NFC and GPS are very sensitive.

Although Jiayu G6 has a 1080P FHD screen, but it isn’t as clearly as JIayu S2. Becasue of G6 screen is much more bigger so pixel is lower than Jiayu G5s. The 3rd,5.7 inch screen is also big and not easy to operate. especially for woman. The 4th,i fell Jiayu G6 is a little thick which isn’t reach i expect. Beside these Jiayu G6 is still a worth phone to get.

The Review of Cube Talk79 Calling Tablet

Recently the tablet that can make phone calls becomes popular among consumers. With its 7.9-inch ultra-narrow edging and thin appearance, it should be beautiful for the calling tablet. Then Cube talk79 was released, which adopts MTK MT8389 processor and supports WCOMA+GSM calling, 3G calling and surfing the Internet, light sensor, proximity sensor, gravity sensor and dual stereo loudspeaker design, which can be called powerful collocations. Then we shall share the information of Cube talk79 with consumers.

Do you still remember the colorful packages about Cube products? However. this time it makes some changes. Cube talk79 adopts environment-friendly package design, which is quite concise. But it is rather solid and sturdy. The package frontage adopts the indentation design of line chart and the several lines displays the narrow edging perfectly.

The lateral side of the package also has the indentation design and both lateral sides of Cube talk79 are processed. And the label is pasted and we can know the mode name of talk79 is U55GT, which is of 16G storage and white in frontage and silver in back.

As to the back of the package, it includes the iconic description of its main property as well as complete information of the manufacturer.

As the package is unfolded, the panel is almost as large as the package. In order to take out the tablet conveniently, the paper to help take out the tablet is designed, which will be at ease to implement. The design seems simple while it takes some time and energy.

Then the whole accessories shall be presented. In fact, besides the specification, warranty card, qualification certificate and USB cable, the earphone with the calling function as well as the tiny needle for taking SIM card is also collocated.

Then the picture of the details of accessories shall be reviewed. The package of the earphone with calling function is quite delicate, which is quite difficult and much too complicating for the manual workmanship.

The white USB cable is what Cube always adopts.

The three certificates are still of the colorful design, which is the characteristic of Cube.

There comes the tiny needle for taking SIM card, which is of great originality. As it is stuck in the paper, it won’t fall down easily. The picture is provided for better understanding.

Since a lot of 7.9-inch tablets have come into our sight, Cube talk79 is alike to others of the 7.9-inch size in appearance and also adopts the narrow design on both sides.

The largest difference between Cube talk79 and other 7.9-inch tablets is the elements on the central upper side. In order to call, the exclusive earphone is designed. Besides, the functions such as light sensor, proximity which previously belongs to phones are also supported by Cube talk79. It is what the other calling tablets can not support, which have to call via HF or linking earphones while Cube talk 79 can call by just putting it near the ear without worrying being heard by others.
